Keep in mind almost every piece I build is a unique creation and is very special to me but because they are entirely handmade they take time to make.

If you wish to make an initial contact by e-mail, please be sure to check your e-mail inbox because you will usually receive a reply the same day. If you do not, please e-mail again or telephone during normal business hours EST.

When contacting, please remember that the piece I do for you will be based on your specific needs. Therefore, I need as much information as possible. For instance, height, depth, width, approximate number of drawers, etc.

Once I receive your information I can do a design for you at no charge. This will be detailed enough to determine price but will not be the final working drawing.

Most orders are made in the order they arrive and I usually have a sizeable number of backorder. To save unnecessary waiting time, I recommend placing a deposit as soon as possible. In order to begin I need to receive a deposit of 50% . Because almost everything I make is one-of-a-kind made to orde, deposits are non-refundable. The balance may be paid any time with the full amount due no less than three weeks from estimated completion.

I ship anywhere in the continental U.S.or Canada. In most cases shipping is additional. The two usual methods for shipping are:

    1) FedEx Ground for smaller pieces.

    2) Common carrier. Typically, I use one of several major companies. They do not guarantee an exact delivery date and require the receiving party to do the unloading, carrying and unpacking unless an extra fee is paid. Lift gate service is extra if needed. However, they are reliable.

    3) One additional method of shipping is by a van line that specializes in moving custom furniture. This is more costly, although they do all the work and may provide the most peace of mind. They call before delivery, do all the unloading, lifting, unpacking and positioning for you.
